"Energetic, cool, noble, deep and incredibly dense aroma with fine stone fruit and citrus flavours, herbs, a hint of tobacco, floral and nutty traces, grilled squid and minerality. Taut, juicy, bright, again rather cool fruit, lively, fine acidity, grip of ripe tannins, tobacco flavours on the palate, some herbs, salty minerality, persistent and deep, some scallops and crab meat on the palate, restrained, sweetish melting, chalky tones, citrus zest, a hint of Havana tobacco, has tension and an almost silky texture despite its firmness, long finish with a firm core, juice, minerality and enormous tension.
