Shipping policy

 

We want you to enjoy your wines as soon as possible and endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. It may take us a little longer during sale or peak trading periods so kindly keep that in mind if you are purchasing for a special occasion. In warm weather conditions, we may delay shipments to prevent heat exposure.

Wine Bracketz also offers wines that are stored in our overseas warehouse.  We bring these wines to Australia as they are ordered and as such some of our higher value wines can take a few weeks to arrive in Australia. Generally these are wines being held for the future; however should these be required immediately then please be aware of the lead time.

Domestic Shipping:

Delivery charges anywhere within Australia are calculated at checkout.  Insurance is optional at checkout but is highly recommended to be taken out by customers.  This covers lost parcels, stolen parcels or broken packages.  Wine affected by heat in transit is not covered by insurance.

All parcels are sent with signature required on delivery.
