"A medium bright yellow hue, the 2018 Champagne Recueil Extrait No. 1 Blanc De Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut comes from Les Mesnil sur Oger and Oger in equal parts and is a cuvée that changes year to year from different plots. This is an impressive wine in that it's approachable and ripe but also has the structure to age over the coming 8-10 years. Medium bodied, it fills the palate with notes of citrus oils, savoury salinity, green apples, and a hint of crystalline honey." - 93pts, Jeb Dunnuck
