"A wonderfully intense bouquet of flowers and resinous herbs rises from the glass of Dagueneau Fume de Pouilly Silex in anticipation of the bittersweet presence of Mediterranean herbs and white flowers with citrus notes. All this ends with an impressive final. This exceptional pouilly fumé naturally has the unique minerality that makes the Dagueneau wine so unique and sought after. The Silex is perhaps the most special and sought after Pouilly Fumé. Advice is to put this wine away for a while and uncork the bottle from 2019 (or try a sip with the Coravin and then put it away again). The Silex is extremely scarce and can be enjoyed even more if you manage to let it rest for some time and then you will enjoy it to the full."
