"The Clos e Bèze returned a full crop of 35 hl/ha. Crimson purple, a light reduction fractionally hides the fruit on the nose for the moment. Magical on the palate, raspberry and roses, a slightly eggy touch at the back from the late malolactic fermentation, I think. A little more structure behind and great length.
