"Pale gold in colour with green highlights, threaded with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is arrestingly deep, weaving together ripe stone fruits (white peach, apricot), dried flowers, toasted bread and the chalky minerality that is the hallmark of the Grand Cru of Cramant. On the palate, the attack is precise and lively; concentrated substance unfurls along a finely chiselled acidity, carrying a long, saline finish with accents of hazelnut and candied lemon." - 97pts
