"The 2023 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru comes from a slightly warmer mesoclimate as it is protected from the wind. This has a superb bouquet with much more tension and mineralité compared to the Chez Edouard. Plenty of energy here. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, crisp and taut, bright towards the saline finish with a tingle of spice on the aftertaste. Lovely." - 93pts, Vinous
