" Clean pure bright pale lemon colour. The nose stands up straight, this is magisterial. The nose is chiselled and fine, not reductive. A wealth of white fruit races across the palate, the fleshiest of all the Boillot Puligny 1ers crus but without losing the distinction or the energy.
