"Very faint gold with a very fine bead, the Pascal Agrapart Experience 19 Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Grand Cru NV is a daredevil, purist’s cuvée made only when successive vintages permit Pascal to produce the wine from grapes only - no added yeast, sugar or dosage. Opening with incredible aromatic freshness, the nose is ethereal with delicate yellow apple washed with lemon, white flowers and chalk dust.
