"Intense deep colour, with a classic Cazetiers mineral nose. In a ripe register. Cyrielle says it was a holy terror last week like her 4 year old nephew Gabin, an evocative image even without having met Gabin. This is no more powerful in alcohol level than their Lavaux St-Jacques but shows at least as much ripeness. Happily, it still retains a lively Cazetiers feel behind.
